Training Opportunities

It been a while since my last post. Between work and studying for my Advanced Amateur Radio Certificate, I haven’t been able to write as much as I was hoping to.

This post is going to be a little different. I have collected some  white papers and other training materials that are publicly available that I will be reproducing here. With a lot of people staying at home, this is an excellent opportunity to grow in expertise and sharpen our skills.

The first one is a link to the Shure Audio Institute portal. This site is free to join and has several short webinars on Audio and related topics.

Up next are some documents  from a couple of the manufacturers I deal with at work.

This first one is about essential concepts regarding wireless.

The next file is about PA’s. There are several concepts that are helpful in this one. You may not need need everything covered in this article but it does cover a lot.

Up next, an article on how to mix for recording. This one is definitely timely because although it does address recording, the same principles apply to streaming.

I hope you find these documents helpful. I will be adding to this post as I find more documents to share.
