John Wilkinson has been utilizing and sharpening his expertise in the AV industry for the past 20 plus years. As a teenager he began audio editing on quarter inch reel to reel under the tutelage of his father who worked at CBC Calgary. He also volunteered at his church and several others teaching sound board techniques.
John spent 7 years at the University of Calgary as a Media Assistant ensuring all the instructional, classroom and meeting room AV needs were satisfied. In 2007 John joined the team at Unique Communications and has been providing his abilities and knowledge in the audio, video, operations, and networking fields. John is a lead technician for Unique Communications.
John has been on the Volunteer Sound Crew for Breakforth Canada Conference for 12 years and counting.
